Chronic stress can affect us all and make our lives unhappy. Unhappy for us and unhappy for those around us, the people we care about, because we often lose the ability to adapt our behavior to circumstances. We overreact!
The culprit is a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system. The good news is that what is out of control can also be put back on track. Hypnosis, NLP and other complementary therapies can help. But above all, regular and healthy interaction with other people, exercise in nature and sport are a way out.
Who is the most important person to me?
The answer should start with you 😉.
I invite you to watch this video (attention – currently only in French) to understand how our nervous system controls our behavior. This understanding can help us become happier, healthier, and more empathetic.
Have fun watching!
