IMPROVE YOUR EMPLOYEES' WELL-BEING THROUGH SOPHROLOGY AND NLP
Over the past few years, more and more companies have been calling on the services of sophrologists, coaches and business communication specialists.
Providing relaxation methods and good inter- and intrapersonal communication is increasingly used to prevent psycho-social risks (RPS).
New demands are being placed on managers and employees, and these are becoming increasingly complex. In addition to high-level technical skills, the fields of social and personal skills are essential foundations for effective work in companies.
Thanks to NLP and Sophrology, personal and professional well-being can be enhanced:
Benefits for the company:
- Increased employee productivity
- Joint development of team solutions to specific problems
- Preparation for important corporate events
- Development of cohesion
- Criteria for identifying the company when recruiting new staff
- Reduced absenteeism, sick leave and burn-out
Benefits of support for employees:
- Reduced stress
- Better management of emotions
- Improved team cohesion
- Reduced risk of burnout
- Better knowledge of self and others
- Improved hierarchical and team communication
Stress reduction and emotion management in the workplace
Would you like to find out more about my proposals and how they work? Here’s some additional information.
Why is it so important to reduce stress in the workplace?
Stress represents an astronomical cost of 2 to 3 billion euros per year in France. More than a quarter of employees say they are stressed at work.
The impact of stress is very significant, causing burnout, depression, disengagement, poor health, sleep disorders and so on. The company has a considerable impact on the lives of employees, who spend over 20% of their time within its walls.
Human resources can therefore take a preventive approach to psychosocial risks. This type of initiative will considerably reduce the stress felt by teams.
How do we set up an in-company workshop?
During our first meeting (on site or by videoconference), we first clarify the goals you expect in relation to your team's current problems. We then discuss the following topics
schedules
regularity (weekly for medium/long-term support, or one-off as part of a quality of working life day)
duration (1, 1.5 or 2 hours)
number of participants (individual or group sessions)
type of group (open: no obligation to attend, or closed: fixed number of participants)
appropriate premises (meeting room or office)
I'll then make you an individual offer tailored to your needs, accompanied by a quotation.
All that's left to do is set the date, communicate and get started!
Group workshops are available for up to 20 people. Beyond this number, a conference format is possible.
After the event, you'll receive general feedback from me. This will enable you to plan and propose further actions in a targeted manner. Please understand that I cannot comment on individual participants.
How does an in-company group workshop work?
It all starts with a time of welcome and exchange.
I take the time to talk to employees about their needs and expectations in relation to the workshop. It's a good way to get to know each other, create an initial rapport and take a break from work.
Depending on the theme, the workshop is followed by theoretical and/or practical input. The content is adapted to all participants, and the exercises are simple and fun, so that everyone can reproduce them easily. This helps to integrate them into professional and personal life.
At the end, I again take the time to listen to participants' experiences, debrief the session and of course answer any questions for those who wish to go further.
20 years' experience - well-being at work, more important than ever
Thanks to 20 years’ professional experience in the high-end hotel industry, I’m familiar with your daily challenges!
Demanding customers, staff management, pressure from superiors, long days… – I know exactly what you’re talking about!
After graduating from the Hotel School in Thun (CH), I gained over 20 years’ professional experience as a manager in 5* establishments, including :
- Ermitage Wellness & Spa Hotel, Schönried (CH)
- Hôtel L’Estelle en Camargue, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (FR).
A world spinning faster and faster
In a world that spins faster and faster, where one appointment chases another and total interconnection grows by the day, I was happy to enable this well-being, this escape into a timeless space. At the same time, this idyll was tarnished by long working days, increasingly demanding customers, growing pressure from above and, at some point, a profound weariness. So I hit the pause button to refocus on myself and see where I wanted to go from here.
Targeted training for employees
Today, I run my own practice in the South of France, where I offer workshops in communication and body relaxation. In addition, I offer targeted employee training courses for hotels and companies. The need to increase employee satisfaction in companies has become a driving force for me. After all, physical and mental health play an essential role in meeting both professional and private demands!
